When will my order ship?
Our main shipping day is Saturdays, but sometimes can ship before Saturday. If you have a custom order it can take up to 2 weeks depending on what it is.
All items on the website are RTS, what does that mean?
This means everything is already made and is "Ready to Ship"!
How can I order a custom blend?
Message Kigen Candles on Facebook to order your custom blend in an 8oz Big Mama Wax Melt or 16oz Big Daddy Wax Melt. You can include up to 4 scents to blend and even name the scent. We can get just about any scent.

What is the best way to clean out a warmer?
Turn on warmer/burner melt wax and then add a few cotton balls to soak up the wax. Discard the saturated cotton balls and use one more to wipe out the remainder glitter.
How short do you cut the wick?
Keep your wick trimmed to 1/8", each and every time you light.
Why not to cut the wick too short?
DO NOT cut wick too short, it will cause the flame to drown and burn itself out.
What does it mean to give your candle a memory burn?
Give your Jar Candles a memory burn..... Every time you light your jar candle, let the wax melt evenly across the top of the candle for at least 2-3 hours. This creates a memory burn for your next lights. Giving you maximum scent and reducing the wax on the sides of the jars. If you DO NOT do a memory burn and your candle is burned for a short period of time on your lightings; wax will melt down the center leaving wax on the sides of the jar. Shortening your candle burn time.
What happens if my candle sweats?
Soy wax can sweat due to temperature changes (looks like a slight frost color) this will NOT affect the performance of the candle.

Never leave a burning candle unattended!
Failure to follow these directions could result in unexpected fire hazard, personal injury or smoke damage and Kigen Candles is not responsible. Place candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface away from all flammable objects. Keep away from drafts. Do Not move while burning wax hot. Keep wax free of matches, and wick trimmings. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/8" inch to ensure even burning and prevent flame from becoming too large. Discontinue use when only 1/2" inch of the wax remains in the bottom. Keep away from children and pets. Each time you light your candle make sure it completely cools and harden between lightings.
